Cover Art - Natural Product Reports

This cover art was a project I made last year for Prof. Louisi Souza de Oliveira from IEAPM/UFF Brazil. Their research covers the diversity of terpene molecules from red algae. In this context, Prof. Louisi asked me to create an art that combines these two elements: terpenes and red algae, in an underwater environment.
The whole project was done in Blender 4.2, and though I'm used to working the comp in Blender, I also used Photoshop to add some extra details to the image.
